Mouse TNFRSF4/OX40 PicoKine ELISA Kit
Background: Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily, member4, also known as ACT35 or CD134 is a cell surface glycoprotein that was discovered through the production of a monoclonal antibody raised against the HUT-102 cell line. It belongs to the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. CD134 was mapped to 1p36 by fluorescence in situ hybridization. CD134 is the primary receptor for feline immunodeficiency virus. CD134 expression can promote viral binding and renders cells permissive for viral entry, productive infection, and syncytium formation. Stimulating the receptor can improve the response to a powerful virus vector and may be useful in vaccine development.

Product Notes
The Mouse TNFRSF4 tnfrsf4 (Catalog #AAA177251) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA177251 ELISA Kit recognizes Mouse TNFRSF4. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TNFRSF4/OX40, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
