Related Product Information for RASD1 elisa kit
Principle of the Assay: This experiment use double-sandwich elisa technique and the ELISA Kit provided is typical. The pre-coated antibody is Mouse RASD1 monoclonal antibody and the detecting antibody is polyclonal antibody with biotin labeled. Samples and biotin labeling antibody are added into ELISA plate wells and washed out with PBS or TBS. Then Avidin-peroxidase conjugates are added to ELISA wells in order; Use TMB substrate for coloring after reactant thoroughly washed out by PBS or TBS. TMB turns into blue in peroxidase catalytic and finally turns into yellow under the action of acid. The color depth and the testing factors in samples are positively correlated.

Uniprot Description

RASD1: Small GTPase. Negatively regulates the transcription regulation activity of the APBB1/FE65-APP complex via its interaction with APBB1/FE65. Forms a ternary complex with CAPON and NOS1. Component of a complex, at least composed of APBB1, RASD1/DEXRAS1 and APP. Interacts with APBB1/FE65. By dexamethasone. Expressed in a variety of tissues including heart, cardiovascular tissues, brain, placenta, lung, liver, skeletal muscle, kidney, pancreas, gastrointestinal and reproductive tissues. Belongs to the small GTPase superfamily. RasD family.

Product Notes

The Mouse RASD1 rasd1 (Catalog #AAA2602707) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA2602707 ELISA Kit recognizes Mouse RASD1. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Dexamethasone-induced Ras-related protein 1, RASD1, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
