IP: 1:200-1:1000
Western Blot (WB)
(Western Blot Positive WB detected in: 293 whole cell lysate, Jurkat whole cell lysate, Raji whole cell lysate, Mouse brain tissue, Rat brain tissue All lanes: PAK2 antibody at 1:2000 Secondary Goat polyclonal to rabbit IgG at 1/50000 dilution Predicted band size: 59 kDa Observed band size: 59 kDa)
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
(Overlay histogram showing HepG2 cells stained with (red line) at 1?50. The cells were fixed with 70% Ethylalcohol (18h) and then incubated in 10% normal goat serum to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followedby the antibody (1ug/1*106cells) for 1 h at 4?.The secondary antibody used was FITC-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1/200 dilution for 30min at 4?. Control antibody (green line) was Rabbit IgG (1ug/1*106cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >10,000 events was performed.)
Immunoprecipitation (IP)
(Immunoprecipitating PAK2 in Raji whole cell lysate Lane 1: Rabbit control IgG instead of in Raji whole cell lysate. For western blotting,a HRP-conjugated Protein G antibody was used as the secondary antibody (1/2000) Lane 2: Raji whole cell lysate?500ug? Lane 3: Raji whole cell lysate (10ug))
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
The p21 activated kinases (PAK) are critical effectors that link Rho GTPases to cytoskeleton reorganization and nuclear signaling. The PAK proteins are a family of serine/threonine kinases that serve as targets for the small GTP binding proteins, CDC42 and RAC1, and have been implicated in a wide range of biological activities. The protein encoded by this gene is activated by proteolytic cleavage during caspase-mediated apoptosis, and may play a role in regulating the apoptotic events in the dying cell. Uniprot Description

Product Notes
The PAK2 pak2 (Catalog #AAA7136706) is a Recombinant Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The PAK2 Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's PAK2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunoprecipitation (IP). WB: 1:500-1:5000 FC/FACS: 1:20-1:200 IP: 1:200-1:1000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the PAK2 pak2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "PAK2, Monoclonal Recombinant Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
