Related Product Information for anti-H2-K1 antibody
The major histocompatibility complex (MHC) is a cluster of genes that are important in the immune response to infections. In mice, this complex is referred to as the histocompatibility 2 (H-2) region. There are 3 major MHC class I proteins encoded by the H-2 which are H-2K, H-2L and H-2D. The H- 2K gene is part of the murine H-2 complex on chromosome 17 and there are a large number of variant alleles of this gene.

Product Notes

The H2-K1 h2-k1 (Catalog #AAA633611) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The MHC Class 1, H-2Kb (MHC Class I H-2Kb, H-2 Class I Histocompatibility Antigen K-B alpha Chain, H-2K(B), H2-K1, H-2K, H2-K, H-2K(d), MGC7052, MGC184092) (FITC) reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's MHC Class 1, H-2Kb can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:20; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the H2-K1 h2-k1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "MHC Class 1, H-2Kb, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
