Related Product Information for anti-MHC Class 2, I-Ad antibody
This antibody reacts with the I-Ad MHC class II alloantigen. These class II molecules are expressed on antigen presenting cells (including B cells) and a subset of T cells from H-2d bearing mice and are involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD4 proteins. This antibody does not cross-react with other haplotypes (a, b, k, p, q, s), but has been demonstrated to cross-react with the g7 haplotype.

Product Notes

The MHC Class 2, I-Ad (Catalog #AAA643257) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The MHC Class 2, I-Ad (H-2 Class II Histocompatibility Antigen, I-A beta Chain, H2-Eb1) reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's MHC Class 2, I-Ad can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunofluorescence (IF). Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 0.25ug/10e6 cells in 100ul volume. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the MHC Class 2, I-Ad for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "MHC Class 2, I-Ad, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
