Biological Significance
The AER-37 monoclonal antibody reacts with the FceRI alpha subunit, an IgE-binding subunit lacking signal-transducing ability. FceRI alpha is expressed on mast and basophil cells and is upregulated by the presence of IgE. FceRI alpha forms a tetrameric complex with one beta and two gamma subunits. The beta and gamma subunits possess immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motifs. The Fc epsilonRI complex plays an important role in triggering IgE-mediated allergic reactions.

Biotin
Preparation and Storage
Store at 2-8 degree C. Do not freeze. Protect from light.

Product Notes

The FceRI alpha (Catalog #AAA832594) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's FceRI alpha can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). Biotin Rat IgG2b Isotype Control has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocyte suspensions. Use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the FceRI alpha for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "FceRI alpha, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
