Mouse anti-Human CXCL9 Monoclonal Antibody | anti-CXCL9 antibody
Mouse anti Human CXCL9
0.09% Sodium Azide (NaN3)
Purified IgG - liquid
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
Synthesis of CXCL9 is induced by IFN-gamma and it mediates lymphoytic infiltration to focal sites and inhibits tumor growth (Tokunaga et al. 2018). CXCL9 is not detectable under physiological conditions in non-lymphoid tissues. However in response to inflammation or injury, IFN-gamma induces CXCL9 production in blood and tissue cells. CXCL9 is a ligand of CXCR3, a classic 7 transmembrane G protein coupled receptor. Upon binding to this receptor the signaling pathways Src, PI3k and MAPK can be activated (Koper et al. 2018).
The purified Mouse anti Human CXCL9 antibody, clone C04-3E4 can be used as a capture antibody in a sandwich ELISA with the biotinylated Mouse anti Human CXCL9 antibody, clone C09-9H7 as the detection antibody.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This antimicrobial gene encodes a protein thought to be involved in T cell trafficking. The encoded protein binds to C-X-C motif chemokine 3 and is a chemoattractant for lymphocytes but not for neutrophils. [provided by RefSeq, Sep 2014]
Uniprot Description

Product Notes
The CXCL9 cxcl9 (Catalog #AAA226141) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Mouse anti Human CXCL9 reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CXCL9 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA). ELISA: 1.0ug/ml. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CXCL9 cxcl9 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CXCL9, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
