Western Blot (WB)
(Western Blot using anti-CDCrel-1 antibody Rat brain (lane 1), mouse spinal cord (lane 2), rat testis (lane 3), human lung cancer (lane 4) and human breast cancer (lane 5) samples were resolved on a 12% SDS PAGE gel and blots probed at 2 ug/ml before being detected by a secondary antibody. Bands correspondig to the expected 43 kDa CDCrel-1 protein were detected in rat brain and mouse spinal chord. In this experiment no CDCrel-1 was dected in the other samples.)
