• Applicable Applications for anti-Angiostatin Kringles 1-3 antibody: ELISA, Western Blot
• Application Notes: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blotting. Other applications not tested.; Dilution: Western Blot: 1-3 ug/ml. This antibody detects 10-50 ng recombinant protein.; ELISA: 0.5-2ug/ml using 100-200ng coated protein/well.; Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Immunogen: Purified human Kringles 1-3 ~38kD, non-reducing, prepared from individuals that have been negative for HBsAg, HIV, and HCV. It is 95% pure as determined by SDS-PAGE. Purified Kringles 1-3 is free from plasmin or plasminogen.
• Positive Control: A2294-30B; Human K1-3 protein, formulated in SDS-PAGE sample buffer (reduced). This preparation is biologically inactive. It is not suitable for ELISA or other applications where native protein is required. It is supplied in 100 ul/vial. For WB, heat once and load 10 ul/lane and visualize with appropriate antibodies. This preparation is intended for qualitative purpose and not to serve as standard of known concentration.
• Preparation and Storage: May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
