Human Activating Signal Cointegrator 1 Complex Subunit 3 (ASCC3) ELISA Kit | ASCC3 elisa kit
Human Activating Signal Cointegrator 1 Complex Subunit 3 (ASCC3) ELISA Kit
No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Activating Signal Cointegrator 1 Complex Subunit 3 (ASCC3) and analogues was observed.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
ASCC3: 3'-5' DNA helicase involved in repair of alkylated DNA. Promotes DNA unwinding to generate single-stranded substrate needed for ALKHB3, enabling ALKHB3 to process alkylated N3- methylcytosine (3mC) within double-stranded regions. Enhances NF- kappa-B, SRF and AP1 transactivation. Belongs to the helicase family. 3 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Product Notes
The Human ASCC3 ascc3 (Catalog #AAA2707270) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA2707270 ELISA Kit recognizes Human ASCC3. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Activating Signal Cointegrator 1 Complex Subunit 3 (ASCC3), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
