The microplate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Anterior Gradient Protein 2 (AGR2). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microplate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Anterior Gradient Protein 2 (AGR2).
