Biological Activity
The activity of rat FGF-7 at 1-10 ng/ml is determined by tritiated thymidine incorporation using cultured mouse keratinocytes. Maximum stimulation observed at 1 ng/ml. The optimal concentration of this product for use with other cell types must be determined by the end user.

Dilute with either 0.1% TFA/40% acetonitrile or PBS/0.1% CHAPS for best stability and to prevent absorption of product on walls of vessels.

This product is stable for at least one (1) year at -20 degree C to -70 degree C. Keep frozen until use. Store product in appropriate aliquots to avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
