Protein Construction
Amino acid sequence derived from human CD19 protein (P15391-1, Pro20-Lys291) was expressed with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.
Protein Length
The recombinant human CD19 protein consists of 509 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 56.9 kD. The apparent molecular mass of the human CD19 is approximately 70-90kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.
Usage Notes
Always centrifuge tubes before opening. It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized human CD19 protein using the buffer we provided not less than 100ug/mL, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized human CD19 protein product should be stored desiccated below -20 degree C. Upon reconstitution, the protein should be stored at 4 degree C between 2-7 days and for future use below -20 degree C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
