Related Product Information for Nucleozin biochemical
Nucleozin is an antiviral agent that triggers the aggregation of nucleoprotein (NP) and inhibits its nuclear accumulation. Nucleozin impedes influenza A virus replication in vitrowith a nanomolar median effective concentration (EC50) and protects mice challenged with lethal doses of avian influenza A H5N1. Nucleozin is effective in fighting H1N1, H3N2, and H5N1 flu virus strains by inducing the formation of NP aggregates and antagonizing its nuclear accumulation, leading to cessation of viral replication.

Product Notes

The Nucleozin (Catalog #AAA848356) is a Biochemical and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Nucleozin, Biochemical" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
