Mouse anti-General S- Adenosylhomocysteine Monoclonal Antibody | anti-GARC_3658 antibody
S- Adenosylhomocysteine Antibody (Clone # 301-10)
Appearance: Colorless liquid
FCM: 1:100
IHC: 1:100
Flow Cytometry (FC)
(FCM results from normal liver cell line L02 andhepatocyte carcinoma cell line Hep G2 stained with anti-SAH monoclonal antibody from clone 301-10. Average fluorescence signalin Hep G2 cells was reduced compared to that in L02 cells, indicating SAM level is reduced during carcinogenesis.)
Flow Cytometry
(FCM analysis control. Normal liver cells L02 andcarcinoma cells Hep G2 were stained with the buffer withoutany antibody.)
Background: S-Adenosyl-L-homocysteine (SAH) is an amino acid derivative and an intermediate, by-product, or modulator of several metabolic pathways, including the activated methyl cycle and cysteine biosynthesis. It is also a product of S-adenosyl-methionine (SAM)-dependent methylation of biological molecules, including DNA, RNA, and histones and other proteins. SAH is a risk factor for many diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative diseases.

The S- Adenosylhomocysteine garc_3658 (Catalog #AAA840026) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The S- Adenosylhomocysteine Antibody (Clone # 301-10) reacts with General and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's S- Adenosylhomocysteine can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, cELISA (EIA), Flow Ctometry (FC/FACS), Immunohistochemistry (IHC). cELISA: 1:2000 FCM: 1:100 IHC: 1:100. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the S- Adenosylhomocysteine garc_3658 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "S- Adenosylhomocysteine, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
