Materials Provided
1. Capture Antibody 1 mg/mL of rabbit anti-Human KLK11/Kallikrein-11 monoclonal antibody (in PBS, pH 7.4). Dilute to a working concentration of 2ug/mL in PBS before coating.
2. Detection Antibody 0.2 mg/mL of rabbit anti-Human KLK11/Kallikrein-11 polyclonal antibody conjugated to horseradish-peroxidase (HRP) (in PBS, 50 % HRP-Protector, pH 7.4, store at 4 degree C). Dilute to working concentration of 0.5ug/mL in detection antibody dilution buffer before use.3. Standard Each vial contains 191 ng of recombinant Human KLK11/Kallikrein-11. Reconstitute with 1 mL detection antibody dilution buffer. After reconstitution, store at -20 degree C to -80 degree C in a manual defrost freezer. A seven-point standard curve using 2-fold serial dilutions in sample dilution buffer, and a high standard of 3000 pg/mL is recommended.

Preparation and Storage
Capture Antibody: Aliquot and store at -20 degree C to -80 degree C for up to 6 months from date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Detection Antibody: Store at 4 degree C and protect it from prolonged exposure to light for up to 6 months from date of receipt. DO NOT FREEZE!
Standard: Store lyophilized standard at -20 degree C to -80 degree C for up to 6 months from date of receipt. Aliquot and store the reconstituted Standard at -80 degree C for up to 1 month. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

kallikrein-related peptidase 11 (KLK11), also known as hippostasin, trypsin-like serine protease, and PRSS2, is a member of the human tissue kallikrein family. It is a subgroup of serine proteases with diverse physiological functions, which are implicated in carcinogenesis and some with potential that serving as novel biomarkers for ovarian and prostate cancer and other diseases. The KLK11 gene is one of the fifteen kallikrein subfamily members located in a cluster on chromosome 19. Two alternatively spliced forms exist, resulting in 25 (isoform 1) and 282 (isoform 2) amino acid sequences. Isoform 2 is identical to isoform 1, except for an inserted 32 amino acid segment. Isoform 1 is predominantly expressed in the brain whereas isoform 2 is preferentially expressed in the prostate.
