Related Product Information for anti-RPP14 antibody
RPP14 (Ribonuclease P/MRP Subunit P14) is a Protein Coding gene. The RPP14 gene, located on 3p14.3, is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, dog, cow, mouse, rat, zebrafish, and frog. This gene encodes a subunit of ribonuclease P and has 3' to 5' exoribonuclease activity. Transcripts for this gene are bicistronic and include a conserved downstream open reading frame for the hydroxyacyl-thioester dehydratase type 2 (HTD2) gene. RPP14 is a component of ribonuclease P, which is a ribonucleoprotein complex that generates mature tRNA molecules by cleaving their 5'-ends. RPP14 is widely expressed in the thyroid, kidney, and other tissues. Among its related pathways are rRNA processing in the nucleus and cytosol and tRNA processing. 238 organisms have orthologs with the human gene RPP14.

Product Notes

The RPP14 (Catalog #AAA8109740) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-RPP14 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's RPP14 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin (IHC-P). IHC-P: 1:50-1:200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the RPP14 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "RPP14, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
