Related Product Information for anti-C3orf52 antibody
C3ORF52 (also called TTMP), located on chromosome 3q13.2, has a central transmembrane domain predicted to span the endoplasmic reticulum membrane. C3ORF52 gene contains 6 exons and span approximately 33 kb. C3ORF52 shares 68% amino acid identity with the mouse homolog. 3 alternatively spliced human isoforms have been reported. TPA-induced transmembrane protein (TTMP) is up-regulated following treatment with 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate (TPA) in the pancreatic cancer cell line HPAF-II. The up-regulation by TPA is triggered at the promoter level. Loss-of-function variants in C3ORF52 result in localized autosomal recessive hypotrichosis.

Product Notes

The C3orf52 (Catalog #AAA8108310) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-C3orf52 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's C3orf52 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin (IHC-P). IHC-P: 1:50-1:200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the C3orf52 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "C3orf52, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
