Related Product Information for anti-TMEM199 antibody
TMEM199 (Transmembrane Protein 199) is a Protein Coding gene. The TMEM199 gene, located on 17q11.2, is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, dog, cow, mouse, rat, chicken, zebrafish, and frog. TMEM199 is a protein involved in Golgi homeostasis. The protein encoded by this gene has been observed to localize to the endoplasmic reticulum (ER)-Golgi intermediate compartment (ERGIC) and coat protein complex I (COPI) in some human cells. The encoded protein shares some homology with the yeast protein Vma12. TMEM199 is widely expressed in the kidney, thyroid, and other tissues. Diseases associated with TMEM199 include Congenital Disorder Of Glycosylation, Type lip, and Immunodeficiency 47.

Product Notes

The TMEM199 (Catalog #AAA8108212) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-TMEM199 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TMEM199 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunoprecipitation (IP). WB: 1:500-1:2000 IP: 1-5uL/mg of lysate. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TMEM199 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TMEM199, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
