Application Notes
ICC: 10ug/ml detects SHP 2/SHPTP-2 in EGF stimulated A431 cells.
WB: 1-4ug/ml detects SHP 2/SHPTP-2 in RIPA lysates from human A431 carcinoma cells and mouse 3T3/A31 fibroblasts.
Strongly recognizes the SHP 2/SHPTP-2 fusion protein (10ng) used for immunoprecipitation; use 1ug/ml for this application.
IP: 6ug immunoprecipitates SHP 2/SHPTP-2 from RIPA lysates of human A431 carcinoma cells. An immunoprecipitation phosphatase assay using phenylphosphate as a substrate was performed using EGF stimulated A431 cells.
Neutralization: Does not inhibit phosphotyrosine phosphatase activity.
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.

Store product at 4 degree C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight550 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
