Form/Format
Supplied as lyophilized from a 0.2um sterile-filtered solution in PBS, 50ug BSA. Reconstitute with sterile Tris-buffered saline pH 7.3 (20mM Tris base,150mM NaCl), 0.1% BSA. If 1ml of buffer is used, the antibody concentration will be 50ug/ml.
Applicable Applications for anti-ngl1 antibody
Western Blot (WB)
Application Notes
Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Dilution: Westerm Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human NGL-1. The detection limit for rhNGL-1 is approximately 2ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing
conditions. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Immunogen
Purified, NS0-derived, recombinant human NGL-1 extracellular domain (rhNGL-1)
Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. Reconstitute by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Related Product Information for anti-ngl1 antibody
The Netrin-G1 ligand (NGL-1) promotes the outgrowth of thalamocortical axons. Human netrin G1 ligand is a transmembrane protein containing leucine-rich repeat (LRR) and immunoglobulin (Ig) domains that specifically interacts with netrin-G1 through its LRR region. Postsynaptic netrin-G ligand (NGL) CAMs associate with netrin-G CAMs in an isoform-specific manner and, through their cytosolic tail, with the abundant postsynaptic scaffold postsynaptic density-95 (PSD-95).

Product Notes

The ngl1 (Catalog #AAA622107) is an Antibody produced from Sheep and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Netrin G1 Ligand Precursor (NGL-1, LRRC4C, leucine rich repeat containing 4C KIAA1580, UNQ292, PRO331) (Biotin) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Netrin G1 Ligand Precursor can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). Suitable for use in Western Blot. Dilution: Westerm Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human NGL-1. The detection limit for rhNGL-1 is approximately 2ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ngl1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Netrin G1 Ligand Precursor, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
