Recognizes b-Amyloid, oligomer A11. Recognizes all types ofamyloid oligomers. Appears to recognize a peptide backboneepitope that is common to amyloid oligomers, but is not found innative proteins, amyloidogenic monomer or mature amyloid fibrils. Amyloidogenic conformations of non-disease related proteins canbe created by partial protein misfolding or denaturation.

Dilution: ELISA: Direct
Western Blot: 1:500 detected Amyloid Oligomer on 10ug of mouse brain lysates.
Immunoprecipitation: 1:1000. Suggested cell lysis buffer is RIPA. Suggested capture agent is magnetic beads (Dynabeads). Known co-precipitatiing polypeptide: Amyloid beta, alpha synuclein oligomers.
Immunofluorescence: 1:200 diluted 1:1 in a mixture of blocking solution and PBS (refer to protocol)
Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:10,000
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.

Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
