Integrin beta-7 Recombinant Antibody | ITGB7 recombinant antibody
Anti-Integrin beta-7 [FIB504]
Immunofluorescence (IF)
(Immunofluorescence staining of fixed human peripheral blood monocytes (PBMs) with anti-Integrin beta-7 antibody FIB504 Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed human PBMs on Shi-fix coverslips, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton and stained with the chimeric rabbit IgG version of FIB504 at 10 ug/ml for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (1 ug/ml), showing memrbane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was stained with an anti-Fluorescein antibody followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.)

NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
Function: Integrin alpha-4/beta-7 (Peyer patches-specific homing receptor LPAM-1) is involved in adhesive interactions of leukocytes. It is a receptor for fibronectin and recognizes one or more domains within the alternatively spliced CS-1 region of fibronectin. Integrin alpha-4/beta-7 is also a receptor for MADCAM1 and VCAM1. It recognizes the sequence L-D-T in MADCAM1. Integrin alpha-E/beta-7 is a receptor for E-cadherin.
Subunit structure: Heterodimer of an alpha and a beta subunit. Beta-7 associates with either alpha-4 or alpha-E.
Subcellular location: Membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein.
Sequence similarities: Belongs to the integrin beta chain family.Contains 1 VWFA domain.

Product Notes
The ITGB7 itgb7 (Catalog #AAA488442) is a Recombinant Antibody and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-Integrin beta-7 [FIB504] reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Integrin beta-7 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunofluorescence (IF), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Blocking (BL). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ITGB7 itgb7 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Integrin beta-7, Monoclonal Recombinant Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
