SNAP-25 recombinant antibody
Anti-SNAP-25 [SP12]
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Immunohistochemical staining of rabbit brain using anti-SNAP25 antibody MBS488404 Formalin fixed rabbit brain slices were were stained with a MBS488404 at 3 ug/ml.)
Western Blot (WB)
(Western Blot using anti-SNAP25 antibody MBS488404 Mouse brain (lane 1), mouse rectum (lane 2), mouse pancreas (lane 3), human lung cancer (lane 4), human breast cancer (lane 5) and Hela cell(lane 6) samples were resolved on a 12% SDS PAGE gel and blots probed with MBS488404 at 2 ug/ml before being detected by a secondary antibody. Bands correspondig to the expected 23 kDa SNAP25 protein were detected in mouse brain (along with likely oligomers) as well as in mouse rectum (faint). In this experiment no SNAP25 was dected in the other samples.)

Product Notes
The SNAP-25 (Catalog #AAA488404) is a Recombinant Antibody and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-SNAP-25 [SP12] reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat, Hamster, Pig, Cat, Guinea Pig, Cow and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's SNAP-25 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB), Immunofluorescence (IF), ELISA (EIA). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the SNAP-25 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "SNAP-25, Monoclonal Recombinant Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
