Activity
A reaction mixture containing 500 uM testosterone and 100 mg/ml of CypExpressTM 3A4 will produce 121.9 uM 6-Beta-hydroxytestosterone in 3 hours at 30 degree C under the conditions described.
Thawing
It is important to avoid water adsorption during thawing. Remove the CypExpressTM vial from storage and warm to room temperature prior to opening. Return unused powder to -80 degree C.
Preparation and Storage
Store at -80 degree C. Although CypExpressTM preparations can be warmed to room temperature multiple times, it is best to aliquot as needed to avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
