Related Product Information for CCL3 recombinant protein
Recombinant Bovine MIP-1 alpha, also known as CCL3, is a recombinant protein corresponding to the 24 -93 amino acid sequence of native bovine MIP-1 alpha.

MIP-1 alpha, belonging to the CC chemokine family, plays a critical role in hematopoiesis and is shown to signal through the chemokine receptors CCR1, CCR4 and CCR5.

MIP-1 alpha is also involved in host defence against invading pathogens, acting as a regulator of activation and trafficking of inflammatory cells, such as macrophages, NK cells, granulocytes, dendritic cells and T-cells.

Product Notes

The CCL3 ccl3 (Catalog #AAA225402) is a Recombinant Protein produced from Pichia pastoris and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Recombinant Bovine MIP-1 Alpha reacts with Bovine and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's MIP-1 Alpha can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CCL3 ccl3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "MIP-1 Alpha, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
