Related Product Information for anti-Cna antibody
Calcineurin is a Ca+2/calmodulindependent serine/threonine protein phosphatase. The active enzyme is a heterodimer consisting of a catalytic A subunit (61kDa) and a myristylated regulatory B subunit (19kDa) that binds calcium. It controls the translocation of nuclear factors from the cytosol into the nucleus of activated T cells. Calcineurin is a target of immunosuppressive drugs such as cyclosporin A and FK506.

Product Notes

The Cna (Catalog #AAA194495) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is 264-283. The Calcineurin A Polyclonal Antibody reacts with Human, mouse, rat, rabbit, canine, bovine, porcine, chicken, monkey, hamster, drosophila and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Calcineurin A (Catalytic) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunoprecipitation; Western Blot. Western blot: Use at 2 ug/ml. Immunoprecipitation: Use at 10 ug/ml. Positive controls: HeLa cell lysate, rat brain tissue extract, mouse brain tissue extract. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Cna for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Calcineurin A (Catalytic), Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
