Reconstitution

Immunogen
A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence in the middle region of human NEDD8 (20-60aa TDKVERIKERVEEKEGIPPQQQRLIYSGKQMNDEKTAADYK), identical to the related mouse and rat sequences.
Preparation and Storage
Store at -20 degree C for one year. After reconstitution, at 4 degree C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20 degree C for a longer time. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
