Protocol
1. Mix sample with SDS-PAGE Tricine Protein Loading Buffer 2X at the ratio 1:1(i.e. add 1g sample to 1ml SDS-PAGE Tricine Protein Loading Buffer). Denaturize at 100 degree C for 3-5 min. Then load and electrophorese. 2. Stop electrophoresis when Commassie Blue G-250 dye arrives at the bottom of gels.

1. If SDS sediments appeared when balance SDS-PAGE Tricine protein Loading Buffer 2X to room temperature, try to melt it with warm water. 2. Please operate with gloves in fume hood.
