Related Product Information for TNFAIP3 recombinant protein
Tumor necrosis factor, alpha-induced protein 3 (TNFAIP3) is a de-ubiquitinating enzyme that containsan N- terminal catalytic domain belonging to theovarian-tumor superfamily of cysteine proteases.TNFAIP3 suppresses apoptosis. It is expressed in variouscell types in response to a variety of stimuli that activatethe transcription factor NF- kB, including Il-1, CD40ligand, and PMA. TNFAIP3 has been stronglysuggested as a key protein involved in tamoxifenresistance, and thus represents both a new breast cancermarker and a promising target for developing newstrategies to prevent the emergence of acquiredmechanisms of drug resistance in breast cancer.

Product Notes

The TNFAIP3 (Catalog #AAA6120668) is a Recombinant Protein produced from Sf9 Insect Cells and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. Suitable for for the study of enzyme kinetics, screeninginhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Other applications nottested. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TNFAIP3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Tumor necrosis factor, alpha-induced protein 3 (TNFAIP3), Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
