Cdc42-interacting protein 4 (Trip10) Recombinant Protein | Trip10 recombinant protein
Recombinant Mouse Cdc42-interacting protein 4 (Trip10)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
Required to coordinate membrane tubulation with reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton during endocytosis. Binds to lipids such as phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate and phosphatidylserine and promotes membrane invagination and the formation of tubules. Also promotes CDC42-induced actin polymerization by recruiting WASL/N-WASP which in turn activates the Arp2/3 complex. Actin polymerization may promote the fission of membrane tubules to form endocytic vesicles. Required for the formation of podosomes, actin-rich adhesion structures specific to monocyte-derived cells. May be required for the lysosomal retention of FASLG/FASL (). Required for translocation of GLUT4 to the plasma membrane in response to insulin signaling.

It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Cdc42-interacting protein 4 (Trip10), Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
