BMP7 sirna
BMP7 siRNA (Mouse)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a member of a family of secreted factors that participate in developmental signal transduction to stimulate SMAD transcriptional activators. Mutation of this gene results in skeletal, kidney, and other developmental defects. The propeptide is further cleaved into an active chain. [provided by RefSeq, Mar 2013]
Uniprot Description
BMP7: Induces cartilage and bone formation. May be the osteoinductive factor responsible for the phenomenon of epithelial osteogenesis. Plays a role in calcium regulation and bone homeostasis. Homodimer; disulfide-linked. Interacts with SOSTDC1. Interacts with TWSG1. Expressed in the kidney and bladder. Lower levels seen in the brain. Belongs to the TGF-beta family.

Product Notes
The BMP7 bmp7 (Catalog #AAA8225798) is a siRNA produced from Synthetic and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The BMP7 siRNA (Mouse) reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's BMP7 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, RNA Interference (RNAi). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the BMP7 bmp7 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "BMP7, siRNA" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
