Component Notes
Plate Sealer: Use to cover the wells while incubation.
Coating Buffer: Used for coating antibody on the wells of 96-well strip plate. Prepare a working solution by diluting the Coating Buffer with deionized or distilled water before the experiment. 1 bottle can be used for preparing 220ml working solution.
Blocking Buffer: Used for blocking of unspecific binding sites of the plate. Prepare a working solution by diluting the Blocking Buffer with deionized or distilled water before the experiment. 1 bottle can be used for preparing 240ml working solution.
Reagent Diluent 1: Used for dilution of Standard. Prepare a working solution by diluting the reagent with deionized or distilled water before the experiment. 1 bottle can be used for preparing 160ml working solution.
Reagent Diluent 2: Used for dilution of Biontin-labeled Competitor. Prepare a working solution by diluting the reagent with deionized or distilled water before the experiment. 1 bottle can be used for preparing 120ml working solution.
Reagent Diluent 3: Used for dilution of Streptavidin-HRP. Prepare a working solution by diluting the reagent with deionized or distilled water before the experiment. 1 bottle can be used for preparing 120ml working solution.
Wash Buffer: For plate washing. Prepare a working solution by diluting the Wash Buffer with deionized or distilled water before the experiment. 1 bottle can be used for preparing 3200ml working solution.
Enhancer: Used to enhance the effect of blocking. Please add 50ul Enhancer into 100ml the Blocking Buffer working solution.
