Linearity
(The high-value ASO serum was 2-fold serially diluted with physiological saline, and measured on the LETIA platform. Comparison
(SLO protein was also with random blood samples from donor (n=100). Fig.3 showed that the correlation coefficient(r) is as high as 0.99 between latex reagents and another commercial ASO immunoassay.
