Linearity

(The high-value ASO serum was 2-fold serially diluted with physiological saline, and measured on the LETIA platform. Precision

(A two-member buffered protein-based panel was assayed, using a single lot of reagents, in replicates of twenty at two separate times on the LETIA platform. As shown in the Table, the system showed excellent precision with CV )

Comparison

(SLO protein was also with random blood samples from donor (n=100). Fig.3 showed that the correlation coefficient(r) is as high as 0.99 between latex reagents and another commercial ASO immunoassay.
