Principles of the Assay: This kit is an Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA). The plate has been pre-coated with Rat Coro1a,Coro1 antibody. Coro1a,Coro1 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Rat Coro1a,Coro1 Antibody is added and binds to Coro1a,Coro1 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated Coro1a,Coro1 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Rat Coro1a,Coro1. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

This gene encodes a member of the WD repeat protein family. WD repeats are minimally conserved regions of approximately 40 amino acids typically bracketed by gly-his and trp-asp (GH-WD), which may facilitate formation of heterotrimeric or multiprotein complexes. Members of this family are involved in a variety of cellular processes, including cell cycle progression, signal transduction, apoptosis, and gene regulation.
