Related Product Information for anti-tdTomato antibody
Goat polyclonal antibody to tdTomato (red fluorescent protein) conjugated to DyLight 633. tdTomato protein is derived from DsRed, an engineered red fluorescent protein from so-called disc corals of the genus Discosoma. It is a genetic fusion of two copies of the dTomato gene, which has been specifically designed for low aggregation. It´s brightness and emission wavelength, makes it ideal for live animal research.

Product Notes

The tdTomato (Catalog #AAA448225) is an Antibody produced from Goat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-tdTomato, DyLight633 reacts with Transfected cells, tdTomato, mCherry, red fluorescent protein (DsRed) from so-called disc corals of Discosoma species. and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's tdTomato can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry-Frozen (IHC-F). WB: 1:500-1:2,000 IF: 1:50-1:500 IHC-F: 1:50-1:1,000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the tdTomato for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "tdTomato, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
