This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against FUSIP1. It was validated on Western Blot using a cell lysate as a positive control.

Target Description: This gene product is a member of the serine-arginine (SR) family of proteins, which are involved in constitutive and regulated RNA splicing. Members of this family are characterized by N-terminal RNP1 and RNP2 motifs, which are required for binding to RNA, and multiple C-terminal SR/RS repeats, which are important in mediating association with other cellular proteins. This protein interacts with the oncoprotein TLS, and abrogates the influence of TLS on adenovirus E1A pre-mRNA splicing. This gene has pseudogenes on chromosomes 4, 9, 14, 18, and 20. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

Product Notes

The SRSF10 srsf10 (Catalog #AAA3205636) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The SRSF10 Antibody - C-terminal region reacts with Guinea Pig, Horse, Human, Mouse, Rabbit, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's SRSF10 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the SRSF10 srsf10 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: Synthetic peptide located within the following region: KSNSRSRSKS QPKKEMKAKS RSRSASHTKT RGTSKTDSKT HYKSGSRYEK. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "SRSF10, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
