Involvement in disease: Pulmonary fibrosis, idiopathic (IPF) [MIM:178500]: A lung disease characterized by shortness of breath, radiographically evident diffuse pulmonary infiltrates, and varying degrees of inflammation and fibrosis on biopsy.
