Related Product Information for anti-RPL9 antibody
RPL9 (Ribosomal Protein L9) is a Protein Coding gene. The RPL9 gene, located on 4p14, is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, dog, mouse, rat, and chicken, etc. This gene encodes a ribosomal protein that is a component of the 60S subunit. The protein belongs to the L6P family of ribosomal proteins. It is located in the cytoplasm. RPL9, a component of the large subunit of the ribosome, has an unusual structure, comprising two compact globular domains connected by an alpha-helix; it interacts with 23 S rRNA. Diseases associated with RPL9 include Combined Oxidative Phosphorylation Deficiency 1 and Diamond-Blackfan Anemia. Among its related pathways are rRNA processing in the nucleus and cytosol and Viral mRNA Translation.

Product Notes

The RPL9 (Catalog #AAA8108818) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-RPL9 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's RPL9 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin (IHC-P), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunoprecipitation (IP). WB: 1:500-1:2000 IHC-P: 1:50-1:200 ICC/IF: 1:100-1:500 IP: 1-5uL/mg of lysate. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the RPL9 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "RPL9, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
