Related Product Information for anti-PSTPIP1 antibody
Proline-serine-threonine Phosphatase-interacting Protein 1 (PSTPIP1) binds to the cytoplasmic tail of CD2, an effector of T cell activation and adhesion, negatively affecting CD2-triggered T cell activation. PSTPIP1 appears to be a scaffold protein and a regulator of the actin cytoskeleton. It has also been shown to bind ABL1, PTPN18, WAS, CD2AP, and PTPN12. Mutations in the gene encoding this protein are a cause of PAPA syndrome.

Product Notes

The PSTPIP1 pstpip1 (Catalog #AAA6338396) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The PSTPIP1, NT (PSTPIP1, CD2BP1, Proline-serine-threonine phosphatase-interacting protein 1, CD2-binding protein 1, H-PIP) (Azide free) (HRP) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's PSTPIP1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA). Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the PSTPIP1 pstpip1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "PSTPIP1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
