Related Product Information for anti-PARP10 antibody
Poly-ADP-ribose polymerases (PARPs 1-16) are major regulators of diverse cellular processes. PARPs can be subclassified based on their ability to catalyze poly-ADP-ribosylation (PARylation) or mono-ADP-ribosylation (MARylation). PARP10 is a PARP family member that performs mono-ADP-ribosylation of target proteins. PARP10 interacts with the replication protein proliferating cell nuclear antigen and promotes lesion bypass by recruiting specialized, non-replicative DNA polymerases. PARP10 is overexpressed in a large proportion of human tumors. PARP10 deficiency joins the long list of DNA repair defects associated with neurodegenerative disorders, including ataxia telangiectasia, xeroderma pigmentosum, Cockayne syndrome, and PCNA mutation.

Product Notes

The PARP10 (Catalog #AAA8110116) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-PARP10 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's PARP10 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin (IHC-P). IHC-P: 1:50-1:200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the PARP10 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "PARP10, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
