Related Product Information for anti-PAGE1 antibody
PAGE1 (PAGE Family Member 1) is a Protein Coding gene located on Xp11.23. This gene belongs to a family of genes that are expressed in a variety of tumors but not in normal tissues, except for the testis. Unlike the other gene family members, this gene does not encode an antigenic peptide. These genes organized in clustered repeats, have a high degree of predicted sequence identity but differ by scattered single nucleotide substitution. Diseases associated with PAGE1 include Ectodermal Dysplasia, Ectrodactyly, And Macular Dystrophy Syndrome, and Noonan Syndrome 1. An important paralog of this gene is GAGE10. 19 organisms have orthologs with human gene PAGE1.

Product Notes

The PAGE1 (Catalog #AAA8108902) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-PAGE1 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's PAGE1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin (IHC-P). IHC-P: 1:500-1:5000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the PAGE1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "PAGE1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
