Related Product Information for anti-PPP1R9A antibody
This gene is imprinted, and located in a cluster of imprinted genes on chromosome 7q12. This gene is transcribed in both neuronal and multiple embryonic tissues, and it is maternally expressed mainly in embryonic skeletal muscle tissues and biallelically expressed in other embryonic tissues. The protein encoded by this gene includes a PDZ domain and a sterile alpha motif (SAM). It is a regulatory subunit of protein phosphatase I, and controls actin cytoskeleton reorganization. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene

Product Notes

The Neurabin 1 ppp1r9a (Catalog #AAA3015248) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Neurabin 1 Polyclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat, Dog, Pig, Cow, Rabbit, Sheep and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Neurabin 1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin (IHC-P). IHC-P: 1:100-500. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Neurabin 1 ppp1r9a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Neurabin 1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
