Related Product Information for anti-MRPL30 antibody
Mitochondrial ribosomal proteins (MRPs) are essential components for the structural and functional integrity of the mitoribosome complex. Throughout evolution, the mammalian mitoribosome has acquired new Mrp genes to compensate for loss of ribosomal RNA. More than 80 MRPs have been identified in mammals. Mrp genes are not a gene family descended from a single ancestral gene, and that each MRP has a unique and essential role in the mitoribosome complex. The MRPL30 gene encodes a 39S subunit protein. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Pseudogenes corresponding to this gene are found on chromosomes 6p and 12p. Read-through transcription also exists between this gene and the neighboring upstream lipoyltransferase 1 (LIPT1) gene.

Product Notes

The MRPL30 (Catalog #AAA8109617) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-MRPL30 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's MRPL30 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin (IHC-P), Immunoprecipitation (IP). WB: 1:500-1:2000 IHC-P: 1:50-1:200 IP: 1-5uL/mg of lysate. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the MRPL30 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "MRPL30, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
