Rabbit anti-Human MOBKL1A Polyclonal Antibody | anti-MOBKL1A antibody
MOBKL1A, CT (Mps One Binder Kinase Activator-like 1A, Mob1 Homolog 1A, Mob1A, MATS2, MGC33910, MOB4A, Protein Mob4A) (Azide free) (HRP)
ELISA: 1:1,000
WB: 1:100-1:500
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Immunofluorescence (IF)
(Fluorescent image of NIH/3T3 cell stained with MOB4A Antibody (C-term).NIH/3T3 cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20 min), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.1%, 10 min), then incubated with MOB4A primary antibody (1:25, 1 h at 37 degree C). For secondary antibody, Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody (green) was used (1:400, 50 min at 37 degree C).Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor 555 (red) conjugated Phalloidin (7units/ml, 1 h at 37 degree C).MOB4A immunoreactivity is localized to Cytoplasm significantly. )
Western Blot (WB)
(Western blot analysis of MOB4A Antibody (C-term) in Ramos cell line lysates (35ug/lane). MOB4A (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with MOB4A antibody (C-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
The protein encoded by this gene is similar to the yeast Mob1 protein. Yeast Mob1 binds Mps1p, a protein kinase essential for spindle pole body duplication and mitotic checkpoint regulation. Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Sep 2011]
Uniprot Description
MOB1B: Activator of LATS1/2 in the Hippo signaling pathway which plays a pivotal role in organ size control and tumor suppression by restricting proliferation and promoting apoptosis. The core of this pathway is composed of a kinase cascade wherein STK3/MST2 and STK4/MST1, in complex with its regulatory protein SAV1, phosphorylates and activates LATS1/2 in complex with its regulatory protein MOB1, which in turn phosphorylates and inactivates YAP1 oncoprotein and WWTR1/TAZ. Phosphorylation of YAP1 by LATS1/2 inhibits its translocation into the nucleus to regulate cellular genes important for cell proliferation, cell death, and cell migration. Stimulates the kinase activity of STK38L. Binds STK38L. Interacts with LATS1 and LATS2. Adrenal gland, bone marrow, brain, lung, placenta, prostate, salivary gland, skeletal muscle, testis, thymus, thyroid gland, uterus, colon with mucosa, fetal brain and fetal liver. Belongs to the MOB1/phocein family.

The MOBKL1A mob1b (Catalog #AAA6488316) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The MOBKL1A, CT (Mps One Binder Kinase Activator-like 1A, Mob1 Homolog 1A, Mob1A, MATS2, MGC33910, MOB4A, Protein Mob4A) (Azide free) (HRP) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's MOBKL1A can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB). IHC: 1:50 ELISA: 1:1,000 WB: 1:100-1:500 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the MOBKL1A mob1b for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "MOBKL1A, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
