Immunofluorescence (IF) (Immunofluorescence staining of LUC7L2 in MCF7 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS,blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-Human LUC7L2 polyclonal antibody (dilution ratio 1:200) at 4 degree C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to Nucleus.)

Related Product Information for anti-LUC7L2 antibody
LUC7L2 (also known as CGI-59, CGI-74 and LUC7B2) resides on chromosome of 7q34. Indeed, chromosome 7 represents one of the most frequently altered chromosomes in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), with a variety of deletions and translocations described. LUC7L2 protein contains a C2H2-type zinc finger, coiled-coil region and arginine, serine-rich (RS) domain. LUC7L2 transcripts are widely distributed in mammalian tissues, and undergo alternative splicing and polyadenylation. LUC7L2 is also co-localized with U1-70K and may function with SCNM1 in recognition of weak splice donor sites.

Product Notes

The LUC7L2 (Catalog #AAA8110146) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-LUC7L2 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's LUC7L2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF). ICC/IF: 1:100-1:500. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the LUC7L2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "LUC7L2, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
