Goat anti-Rat Leukocyte Immunoglobulin-Like Receptor C1 Polyclonal Antibody
Leukocyte Immunoglobulin-Like Receptor C1 (LILRC1)
Purified by rat LILRC1 affinity chromatography.
Purified by rat LILRC1 affinity chromatography.
Dilution: Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect rat LILRC1. The detection limit for rrLILRC1 is approximately 1.5ng/well. In this format, this antibody shows approximately 30% cross-reactivity with rmLILRCI and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rrLILRC2.
Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.
Flow Cytometry: Dilute to 50ug/ml and add 10ul of the diluted solution to 1-2.5x10e5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200ul. The binding of unlabeled antibodies may be visualized by adding 10ul of a 25ug/ml stock solution of a secondary developing reagent such as anti-goat lgG conjugated to a fluorochrome. This antibody has been tested on rat splenocytes for use in flow cytometry.
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect rat LILRC1. The detection limit for rrLILRC1 is approximately 5ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions.

Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Leukocyte Immunoglobulin-Like Receptor C1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Leukocyte Immunoglobulin-Like Receptor C1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
