(Immunofluorescent staining of LDH antibodyLDH antibody (biotin conj ugated) was used to stain HeLa cells by immunofluorescence. HeLa cells were plated in 12 well plates, fixed for 5 min in 1:1 MeTOH:Acetone, blocked for 15 min and stained 1 hr with at 1:200 in blocking buffer. LDH antibody was raised in goat using full length lactate dehydrogenase protein isolated from rabbit muscle as the immunogen.
Preparation and Storage
Store at 4 degree C until reconstitution. Following reconstitution aliquot and freeze at -20 degree C for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
