Western Blot (Western Blot analysis using beta Galactosidase antibodyWestern blotting using Fluorescein conj ugated beta Galactosidase antibody shows a band at ~117 kDa (lanes 1 - 3) corresponding to 60 ng, 30 ng and 15 ng, respectively of beta-Gal present in partially purified preparations (arrowhead). Lane 4 shows no cross reactivity with proteins present in a non-specific control E. coli lysate. Proteins were resolved on a 4-20% Tris-Glycine gel by SDS-PAGE and transferred to nitrocellulose and blocking using Blocking Buffer for Fluorescent Western Blotting. The membrane was probed with fluorescein conj ugated beta Galactosidase antibody diluted to 1:10, 000. Reaction occurred for 2 hours at room temperature. Molecular weight estimation was made by comparison to a prestained MW marker in lane M. Fluorescence image was captured using the VersaDoc Imaging System developed by Biorad. Other detection systems will yield similar results. )

Product Notes

The GLB1 glb1 (Catalog #AAA535251) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The beta Galactosidase antibody reacts with To be determined by end-user and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's beta Galactosidase can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB). ELISA: 1:65,000 WB: 1:500-1:2,000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the GLB1 glb1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "beta Galactosidase, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
