NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
LDB1: Binds to the LIM domain of a wide variety of LIM domain- containing transcription factors. May regulate the transcriptional activity of LIM-containing proteins by determining specific partner interactions. May play a role in the development of motor neurons. Acts synergistically with LHX1/LIM1 in axis formation and activation of gene expression. Acts with LMO2 in the regulation of red blood cell development, maintaining erythroid precursors in an immature state. Belongs to the LDB family. 3 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Product Notes
The LDB1 ldb1 (Catalog #AAA2560897) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The LDB1 Polyclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's LDB1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), ELISA (EIA). IHC: 1:70-1:350 ELISA: 1:5000-1:10000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the LDB1 ldb1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "LDB1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
